About ATP

Get out of pain, then get stronger than you were.

One evaluation, one team, one floor in Stamford. A licensed clinician looks at you across seven systems in a single session, and the plan that comes out runs therapy, strength, throwing and mental performance from the same notes. Athletes from eighth grade to the Major Leagues.

Josh Heenan, founder and president of ATP

Founder

Josh Heenan

I built ATP around one idea: evaluate the whole person before deciding what to do. The question we hear most is some version of “why hasn’t this worked yet?” The answer is usually in a system nobody looked at, so we look at all seven, then decide what matters for you. I created the 90 MPH Formula, I am ATP’s founder and president, and I still keep the evaluation system honest.

The people who evaluate you run your plan.

Therapists, coaches, a throwing coordinator, a mental performance coach and a remote coach, all working from the same plan.
