Using this site

This website is published by Advanced Therapy & Performance (ATP), 316 Courtland Ave, Suite 5, Stamford, CT 06906. By using it you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy at /privacy.

Start Here and every other page are educational. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment plan or medical advice, and they do not create a clinician-patient relationship. A relationship starts when you are evaluated by a licensed ATP clinician in person or over video. If you have an emergency, call 911.

You may use the site for your own information and to contact ATP. You may not copy, scrape, resell or misrepresent its content, athlete results or photographs, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Text messages from ATP

Advanced Therapy & Performance sends text messages only to people who asked for them by checking the text-consent box on this site or by texting us first. Texts are conversational customer care about your own request: a reply to what you sent, times you can book, appointment confirmations and reminders, a link to finish intake paperwork, and answers to your questions.

Message frequency varies. Most people receive one to four messages around each request or appointment.

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard charges are yours; ATP does not charge for texts.

Reply STOP to opt out. You will get one confirmation that no further messages will be sent. You can also ask any member of our team to stop texts.

Consent to texts is not a condition of working with ATP, and it is separate from consent to calls or email. We do not share your mobile number or your text consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Accounts and scheduling

If you book a time, that happens in our practice management system under its own terms and under the standards that apply to a licensed practice. Payment, cancellation and insurance terms are given to you at booking and at the clinic, not on this page.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, ATP is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's educational content or from interruptions in the site or in text delivery. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a patient of a licensed practice.
