Remote and hybrid
Remote pitching and performance coaching. Same evaluation, anywhere.
The evaluation logic, the working diagnosis and the coach who reviews your video do not change with your zip code. Remote pitching development, performance programming and mental performance run through video, calls and a weekly plan. Hybrid athletes split their training between Stamford and home, on one plan.

Questions remote athletes ask.
No. Baseball is our largest performance specialty, and pitchers are a big part of who we see. The same evaluation system is used with softball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, golf, cycling, football, lacrosse, and active adults with no sport at all.
No. We work with professionals, and we work with 14-year-olds and 45-year-olds. What matters is that you want a clear answer about what is limiting you and a plan that is built around it.
Yes, for baseball development, performance programming, and mental performance, on a remote or hybrid basis. Therapy generally begins on-site.
You spend the session with a clinician or coach. We take a detailed history, test across the domains your history points to, and use technology where it answers a real question. You leave with a working diagnosis, a priority order and a plan.
